On the left side of the website, under the Management section, you'll find the Alarms menu.

You'll see the '+New Alarm' button in the top-right corner. Click it to add a new alarm.

Once you click the '+New Alarm' button, a form will appear for you to fill in. Enter the new alarm rules into the form that opens.

There are five types of alarms available, each designed for specific scenarios:

  1. Download Alarm: Use this alarm to monitor the status of downloads. Choose this when you need to be alerted if a download fails or takes longer than expected.

  2. Connection Alarm: Select this alarm to track the connection status of a device. It's ideal for situations where maintaining a stable connection is critical, and you want to be notified if a device goes offline.

  3. Device Startup Alarm: This alarm notifies you when a device powers on. Use this when it's important to track when a device is activated, especially in environments where uptime is crucial.

  4. Device Shutdown Alarm: Choose this alarm to be alerted when a device shuts down. It's useful for monitoring unexpected shutdowns or ensuring that devices are turned off according to schedule.

  5. Device Working Days Alarm: This alarm helps you monitor device activity based on specific working days. Set this alarm if you need to ensure that a device is operational only on designated days or to track its activity within a defined schedule.

You can define an Alarm Name for each alarm to remember its purpose. To ensure the right people are notified, enter the relevant email addresses of those who should receive alerts. Additionally, you can assign the alarm to multiple players by selecting their Player IDs from the drop-down list.

Edit the Alarm

To edit the alarm, click the icon in the Actions column. See the photo below, where it is marked with a red arrow.

You can also change the status from active to passive by using the button in the Status column.

After making the desired changes, press the "Save" button.

Listing the added alarms

You can view the alarm on the same page after adding it.

Additionally, you can view the alarms created in the Alarms section within Player Details on the Player Dashboard, listed accordingly.
