How to Add a New Announcement?

From the Information Services section, the user is able to add a new announcement. To click the 'Yeni duyuru' button new announcement can be added.
After clicking the button, the user has to enter the requirements such as header, details, category, image, publish time, player, and status.
After completing, the user has to click the 'Save' button.
