How to Add a New Theme?

To arrange how to display the media the user has to add a new theme. Navigate to Content>Themes and then click the 'New theme' button.
After clicking the new theme button, enter the name of the theme, screen size and description(this is optional)
To complete the requirements click the 'Create' button.
