How to Set Theme Publishing Time?

From the schedule, the user is able to set the theme publish duration. To click the 'Content Scheduler' the user navigates to schedule lists. Then the user has to click the 'Add Scheduler' button.

Then click a date from the calendar. Enter the requirements on the page which includes the related media list, publish time, repeat time, and start/end time.

After completing, the user has to click the 'Save' button.
