How to Edit Themes?

After saving the theme, from the 'Edit' button the user is able to edit the existing theme.
On the edit page, there are three tabs to edit existing themes such as Modules, Module Settings, and Theme Settings.
The Modules lets the user add or delete labels which are media lists, subtitles, time, weather conditions, news, announcements, and lift.
The Module Settings lets the user label positions.
The Theme Settings lets the user broadcast and background image arrangements.
After all editing the user has to click the 'Update' button.
