How to Add Emergency Message Content?

To add a new emergency message to display on the player, the user has to navigate to Content>Emergency Message. Then click the ' New Emergency Message' button.
After clicking the 'New Emergency Message' button. The user is able to enter the Header of the Message, The Message, and select the player and status.
After entering the all requirements, the user has to click the 'Save' button from the right corner up.
